Ronald S. Krasnow

Ron has focused his practice on real estate law for almost 30 years, primarily commercial real estate lending representing lenders and borrowers, purchases and sales, and leasing.  He has also been a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs on matters such as condominium and planned community law and legal opinions.

Ron’s clients value his efficiency, responsiveness and ability to understand his clients’ priorities.  Prior to joining Sitko Bruno, Ron worked in the real estate group of a large international law firm, and was also in-house counsel with a national lender.

In his spare time, Ron enjoys reading, movies, cooking, bicycling, photography and ignoring all of those things in order to give in to the demands for attention from his dog, a rescued lab-mix.
