Marilyn Le Lodico

Marilyn serves as a strategic and determined advocate for her clients. She always aims to provide
comprehensive analysis and pragmatic advice.

Marilyn represents commercial property tenants and landlords, business owners, developers, and
management companies. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases,
real estate development contracts, acquisition and financing documents, and corporate
governance documents.

Prior to joining Sitko Bruno, Marilyn developed her practice at full-service law firms, meeting
the wide range of legal needs of real estate investors, lenders, non-profits and businesses. As a
result, she is also experienced in real estate related litigation, creditor-side bankruptcy, corporate
transactions and estates. Now Marilyn draws on this broad experience, as well as her expertise in
real estate, to inform the case strategy and negotiation posture of her clients’ real estate
transactions.

Originally from Silver Spring, MD, Marilyn moved to Pittsburgh in 2009 and now lives south of
the city with her husband and two children. Marilyn loves learning about Pittsburgh history and
embracing its traditions, including competing in city-wide events like the Pittsburgh Marathon
and the Pittsburgh Gingerbread House Competition.
