Dawn M. Felder

Dawn Felder is organized, attentive and responsive. She believes that in order to serve her clients well, it is important to understand both sides of any transaction.

Dawn represents both lenders and developers in connection with acquisition and construction loans. She also represents developers in the acquisition, sale and development of real estate, as well as landlords and tenants in negotiating office and retail leases.

Before Sitko Bruno, Dawn focused on corporate and real estate law at a small Pittsburgh firm. She then joined a national firm, where she concentrated on commercial leasing, real estate financing and development and mineral title matters.

But those facts do not begin to describe the interesting person that Dawn Felder is. This attorney was raised in Hawaii. She has a penchant for photography and three children whom she loves to photograph. She was honored as an All-American soccer player in college, and now manages her girls’ classic cup soccer team.

In short, Dawn is a many-faceted woman both in the office and out.
